My Approach to Therapy

Therapy is an empathic, non-judgemental process that can help you identify your feelings and thoughts, and offer a safe confidential space to express and explore them. Sometimes we become stuck and don't know how to move forward, speaking to someone impartial and professional can be a huge relief.

I work ethically according to UKCP guidance and will never let you linger in therapy more than you need.

My Approach to Coaching

Coaching is a process whereby you explore and set your own personal targets, and we work together to hold you accountable and reach them. You are the expert in your own life, I offer tools and support to help you.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to ensure we're both happy to work together, then suggest an initial 6 sessions.
