How I can help
In therapy, we create a safe, confidential space to explore what's driving your anxiety. I work integratively, drawing on CBT techniques, mindfulness skills, and psychodynamic understanding to find approaches that work for you.
What to expect
We'll start with a free 30-minute consultation so you can see if I'm the right fit. If we decide to work together, I typically suggest an initial block of six sessions, though there's no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for you.

Do you offer online anxiety therapy?
Yes. I offer sessions via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or phone, as well as in-person sessions in East Sussex and Surrey.
How much does a session cost?
Individual therapy sessions are £50 for 50 minutes. Your first consultation is free.
