Frequently asked questions

What age range do you work with?

I work with young people aged 14–18.

Can sessions be online?

Yes. Online sessions via Zoom or similar are often preferred by young people and work very well.

Will you tell parents what is said?

Sessions are confidential. I only share information if there is a safeguarding concern, and I explain this at the start.
